Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Appointment may be subject to cancellation and/or charged 100% service total if 15 or more minutes late.
No refunds due to the nature of the service but I can fix the problem at hand within the first 72 hours of your appointment.
